Publish error Page Setup works Publish won't

I've created templates with page setups and one by one they work fine.
Try and publish (to and OCE TDS600) and it gives and error of device does not support media size.

I'm using an OCE TDS400 and am experiencing the exact same Issues. I've tried reconfiguring the pc3 files and the printer preferences but nothing seams to work for me.

We had the same issue come up recently when trying to publish to our TDS600. Individual plots would work fine on all computers but publish would give errors on some computers.

In our case it ended up being caused by different driver versions on the problem computers (at one point they were plotting to a different Oce Plotter). When the driver versions were synched up (we matched the problem computers drivers to the version that worked properly) - the error message went away and all users can now publish to the TDS600.

I can batch plot to the OCE TDS400 through the publish command as long as the sheet size is a standard size that the plotter can recognize. If I need to batch plot non-standard size sheets such as 30"x48" or half size sheets, I have to use a work-around where I create a multi-sheet PDF or DWF and send that document to the plotter. This seems to work fine except sometimes the print job may crash if the PDF document size is too large. If this occurs, I then create smaller multiple multi-sheet PDF files and send them to the plotter individually.
