When I plot to PDF, the orientation of the output is correct. But when I plot the same drawing to a ordinary printer, the output gets cut off. Why is this?

I think it is because we create drawings mostly landscape orientation, but "ordinary printers" print portrait.Originally Posted by wesley.chin
Thanks for the reply. the desired result would be in landscape orientation.
When plotting from ACAD, I use Window, and must use Portrait in ACAD for the output to come out right. That is for a plot to a normal printer.
But when plotting to PDF, I use Window, and Landscape in ACAD, and the output to comes out right.
Any thoughts?
Can you post the drawing?Originally Posted by wesley.chin
