Cool Text will not print or view in paperspace

    Guys,
I am making a drawing and have noticed that the file will not show the leaders or text. I have checked the layers are set to print etc I can not see a reason why they will not print.
I have purged, audited and run a recovery on the file though without luck. Can anyone see anything obvious or is this file just corrupted ? I am just curious if there is something for me to learn or a dud file.

In paperspace click the viewport - change the scale to something else (1:50) then change it back to 1:100, they should show after it regens.

The "current view" is frozen/off for two layers with the leaders.
Open viewport, click layers, turn on the two layers that are frozen/off. You'll see to lil blue-ish suns, click em to turn em on. it's the sun with the lil box in the lower right corner.
