Have you tried changing the corner join option to Mitered?
i did try that in "edit wall joins" but when i go to make my selection, they (options : butt, mitre, squared off ) are greyed out and "butt" is selected.
Hmm that's odd... can you just stretch out the walls longer temporarily and make the change, and then bring them back in to the required length?
Sometimes Revit freaks out with little short walls like that. If you make them longer it might be easier to edit the wall joins, and then bring it back in to where it's supposed to be.
take a look at this link, it should solve your problem

i did just do it successfully.....i just drew in as a chain to the dimensions i needed......i dont usualy do that and prefer to align and size the walls after drawing them in pieces and fillet cut
I just had this problem and tried the method shown in that blog.
The problem I had, though, is that I have a wall with several sweeps that didn't want to miter and turn the corner properly. I got the main wall portion to clean up correctly, but then I had to manually drag the wall sweeps on one wall to the end so it would miter with the sweeps around the corner. No big deal.
Now I just hope it stays like that.
