    Angry AUTOCAD 3D PROBLEM

EVEN THOUGH I CAN ROTATE OBJECTES IN 3D SPACE, I AM NOT ABLE TO WORK IN 3D.

I AM ONLY ABLE TO WORK IN X AND Y PLANES, CANNOT WORK IN Z PLANE.

SAY FOR EXAMPLE: I DRAW A CIRCLE IN XY PLANE
THE I GO TO TOP VIEW - XZ PLANE
I TRY TO OFFET IT TO X DISTANCE IN XZ PLANE
    IT DOESNT WORK,
IT ONLY LETS ME OFFEST IN X AND Y DIRECTION,

SOMEHOW I AM NOT ABLE TO WORK DYNAMICALLY IN Z AXIS.

    CAN YO U PLEASE HELP,
PROBABLY SOME SYSTEM VARIBLE IS TURNED OFF

Not quite sure I understand completely what you are trying to achieve. The problem you are encountering is probably due to the fact that the offset command does not work in 3D in AutoCAD.

Making sure your ucs is set accordingly and copying is probably the best option. There are 3rd party apps out there to do this but I have only used one as part of the "Geotools" package.

Oh an please refrain from using all capital letters in any future posts. It is considered poor etiquette and similar to shouting, not to mention difficult to read

What you describe is exactly the way AutoCAD is supposed to, and does, work. Many commands actually work only in 2d so you need to look into co-ordinate systems (WCS and UCS) in Help then come back and ask some more.

I have figured out a problem,

I turned on 2 system variables.

    1) UCSFOLLOW
    2) UCSORTHO.

Now i can "copy move" an object in z axis and have no problem working with 3D.

    That's good.
Look also at the 10 buttons on the "View" toolbar. The first six change both the view direction and the UCS so moving in the plane of the screen gives what you want. The other four buttons (isometric views) change only the view direction.
ATP 108 (in the ATP archives) explains it further - http://www.augi.com/education/archive.asp?page=293 (scroll down).
