Cool Do you really want to do this?

Often during my drawing I get the question in my command line . . . "Do you really want to do this?" It really slows down my drafting time.

What causes it, and can I adjust amy controls to eliminate it from happening?

It usually happens after I perform a command, it then looks like it selects all of my entities within my drawing, then asks me.

I've seen this happen if you are trying to hatch a large area, and you've selected a lot of entities.

It would be easier to troubleshoot this if you could tell us what command(s) you are running when this happens.

This happens with any command . . . if I erase, it will remove the line than ask if i really want to do it.

Can you get a screen capture of the command line, and any command before it. F2 will bring up the Text Window, and you can screen cap that, or copy and paste it.

It's like you are running the command, and selecting "all" when it asks for the objects, but you are saying it erases the first line, and then asks if you really want to do this?

Is this entity you are selecting, by any chance, part of a hatch boundary?

Yes it was, but I offset it, that's what I selecting. No matter what I try to do with the offset line, I still get the question . . . Driving me crazy!

This problem is only happening in my one drawing. I tried a recover, audit and I purged it as far as i could.

My guess would be the hatching is associative, and even when you offset the line, it is keeping it as a hatch boundary.
