Question about tool palette fly-out duration

I've searched and searched, so maybe it can't be changed but here's my question anyway.

I want to change the duration that the tool palette remains "out" after I move my mouse away from the palette. It's taking too long (in my opinion) to disappear back to the "closed" state. I want it to disappear right when my mouse is no longer hovering over the tool palette.

Hopefully, someone can help me with this.

I used the same utility, it works like it should now. AutoCAD should add that as a system variable. IMHO
