    Default Editing Visual Styles

Would someone be so kind as to tell me how to create a new visual style that replicates the old Gourand? Yes, I know I can type _shademode and then G, but I would like to create a style on my Palettes so I can just drag it into the drawing, export it or save it in a template.
I cannot seem to edit the Highlight Intensity, no matter what I do it's greyed out. Isn't there some way to manually set shademode to Gourand, as per above, and then capture the resulting settings as a new visual style?

    Thanks!

While in the V styles editor, Face settings, look to the Right of the text "Face Settings", there are two icons that toggle highlight intensity and opacity.
