I found the family (attachment) which works very well.
But I don't find in which view the rotation angle is controlled.
This parameter appears only in the 'family types'.
I'm wondered how this was made.

The curved blades are a nested family with an angle parameter linked
To a parameter in the main family.
To create one add a dimensioned angle parameter (A) to the ‘Lames Courbes’ family and Load into the main ‘Brise Soleil’ family.
Create an angle parameter (Angle des Lames) in the ‘Brise Soleil’ family which isn’t added to any dimension
Place and Select the ‘Lames Courbes’> Element Properties> Edit New
In Type Properties click on small box next to (A) parameter under = column
In Associate Family Parameter select the (Angle des Lames)
The ‘Angle des Lames’ parameter under Family Types now controls the ‘A’ rotation parameter of the nested family
