A though question on alignment - station labeling

Here in Israel, we are using a different labeling method for stations on alignment.
The stations are numbered sequentially (1,2,3…or 100,101,102…etc..), no connection to the distance on the alignment.
I tried to change styles, but it did not work.
Any suggestion?

Stationing is a function of distance in LDT and C3D. Question, if you are not stationing your alignment by distance what is the basis of your stationing? Where do you decide to put in the stations. I'm assuming at some sort of geometry point. After asking that, I guess you could add surface points along your alignment and label them what ever you want.
