Select elements per level

Summary: Select all elements associated with a level

Description: Similar to the current 'select all' in view or in model.
A third option to select elements associated with level or workplane.

This would allow us to modify the level associated with those elements, quickly adjust the offset from level etc.

I'll take a look.
I do see the addins as a bit of a workaround though. I'd prefer that Autodesk see what's happening in the world of addins & seriously consider adding functionality as part of the core program. They seem to have noticed the 3D section box around elements; hopefully they're looking at other great addins out there too.

One concern is that adsk relies so heavily on external addins. That gives adsk more time to focus on new features (such as c4r) & improving there market share that the small things go unchecked. There's always improvements & refinements which should be made to the existing toolset.
