    Default Material Problems

Does anyone know what causes this (see attachment)? It looks as if the material, only in these corners of the walls, applys itself in relation to the face part of the mesh. A map scaler modifier was used for the brick. The wall is part of a building that was brought into VIZ from AutoCAD Architecture. I appreciate any suggestions.

Have you tried applying a UVW map to the face of that object?

I've applied a UVW map and a Mapscaler modifier and I'm left with the same result.

What settings did you use on the Map Scaler and UVW map? Screen shots will suffice.

Materials have lots of settings so the more detail you can provide the more we can help.

Also, are you using mr materials or standard VIZ materials?

You might want to check for coplanar surfaces as well!

Yep, coplanar surfaces was the culprit.

    Thanks
