    Default Sloping Walls

Can someone please explain to me how to create a sloping wall in the vertical direction.

I know how to edit the profile of a wall to slope the top and bottom (the horizontal plane) but I don't know how to have a vertically sloped wall

    Please help!!

You need a wall that slopes in or out? There are two ways I know of:

    1. Make a Mass with one face sloped at the correct angle. Then use Pick Faces to apply a wall to the sloping mass face.

    2. Make an in-place family, using the Create tool from the Modelling tab.

Another method that can be used to model sloping walls is to create in-place familes. This way you can also include analytical lines to these walls.

    Hope this helps,

Edit: FYI, some analysis links might not be able to export in-place families.

Ive tried doing the pick face command on a mass to slope a wall but it wont be flushed with the floor or ceiling. How can you create a flushed wall angled well with the floor and ceiling.

Select the wall(s) and use the attach command from the options bar. That should clean it up.
