Replace Z Value with Current Elevation?

Hi

There's an option in the Options dialog to 'Replace Z Value with Current
Elevation'. But there appears to be no Variable to change it (from the Help).

Can this be done at the command line or programmatically?

If you use the OSNAPZ system variable at the command line it does much the same thing. It's just a 0 or 1 setting - can't remember off the top of my head which way round it is to ignore the Z value, but hey it won't take long to figure out!!

are you refering to the ability to change the dialog option or to change the current elevation?
if you want to change the current elevation, try ELEV, otherwise OSNAPZ is what you are looking for.
