Heidi driver load failure w/ Design Center

All of a sudden, everytime I use Design center I get an error box (attached image) and hardware acceleration diable warning when I go to performance ture/systmes tab to investigate. This happens when I try to drag the DC image into the drawing - this never used to happen. What does it all mean?

does it only happen when you drag, or does it happen when you double click the item for it to ask you to select the insertion point.

Happens both ways. If I start a session of Autocad from scratch, no other session open, and drag, I get message.
If I start a session of Autocad from scratch, no other session open, and double click, I get same message.

I had a similar problem start after applying SP1 for Civil-3D.

I got it to clear up by simply going into 3DCONFIG and turning off all hardware acceleration. Then I rebooted Autocad, went back into 3DCONFIG and turned hardware acceleration back on. Everything has been fine ever since.

This issue hit all our installations of Civil-3D that use nVidia Quadro graphics cards. However, it did not hit Land Desktop. We do not use any other Autocad products, so don't know if this will help with your version.
