Unhappy Autocad 2008 JPEG to DXF

Hi I am a newbie to this forum site perhaps someone could answer this question or guide to me the correct thread...
I would like to import my company logo (JPEG) into Autocad 2008 and make it a .dxf file so I can convert it to another Laser cutting program.

i think you need another program to take a raster file for vector conversion...
Sometimes, i get lost in my own thoughts and need to ask directions to find my way back.
