Unless I'm missing something, this looks like expected behavior to me. Wrapping at Ends, Exterior--shows brick.
If you need brick to wrap around further, you can create another wall type with brick on both sides.

From my understanding, the edge of the brick isn't showing on the backside of the wall. If that was built in real life, the brick would have a thickness that you would be flush with the concrete and seen from that side.
Correct me if I'm wrong but I think that's the issue.
REVIT will not naturally produce what you want. It simply doesn't handle the wall layers at corners in 3D and elevation consistently when compared to the plan view.
