I have a floor plan and a reflected ceiling plan. For some reason, the 2 x 2 grid appears on both plans. What have I done to cause this? What must I do to fix it?

What is your view range set to be? Or what is the height of the ceiling tiles above the floor?

Is the ceiling associated with a level below the one you are viewing ?
