Import Redmarks from DWF to DWF?

Is it possible to do it? I am thinking about situations where you are halfway through reviewing a set of drawings in DWF format and have added comments to them. The drawings have changed, and you would like to complete your review using the new version of the drawings and still use the comments that you have already added to the older DWF.
