Default Display Theme Legend - Too Many Rows

I am dragging my display theme from my tool palette onto my drawing to create a legend. The resulting legend is very, very, very long (it has many rows in one column)

I would like to create a legend with multiple columns.

I assume that I should do this in the style manager > display theme style but I can't figure out what to do.

I tried changing the xoffset and yoffset parameters, but that didn't seem to do anything.

Could someone point me in the right direction?

    Many thanks,
    Anna

Default Re: Display Theme Legend - Too Many Rows

    Hi,

I was given a work around to this problem ...

"It seems the best way to separate and cleanup the length of the legend for now would be to use viewports to crop the view and place them on a sheet."
