    Default Beam Tool

There is no beam tool on the Structural Tab of the Design bar. This makes it impossible for MEP users to place beams and joists into their model. Beams and joists are some of the major model elements that the HVAC engineers need to coordinate with and we can't assume that MEP users will be getting a Structural model from someone else.

I'll second that... both the "unified Revit" and the beam tool.

I agree, having the ability to create structural beams for mounting equipment and such would be valuable in MEP.
