Layout tabs

I am going to have 172 layout tabs in my drawing and I was curious if you could have the tabs layer themselfs on the bottom of the screen in rows instead of wraping the screen and using the scroll bar?

After seeing many of york's posts, I think a LT-based solution is needed.

Ctrl + Page Up (Page Down) is a fast way to move between layouts if you don't get what your looking for.
