    Default Drawing Index

    Hey All

I have added dummy sheets into a project for the contractors drawings so that they appear on my drawing index. In the past we have listed our electrical drawings (E-#) after the mechanical(M-#) and plumbing(P-#). Is there a way for me to move the electrical to the end of the index without renaming them?

    Thanks

    Clyne

you could cheat and look at adding a separate shared parameter to sheets call architects 1, Mech 2, plumbing 3 and elec 4 and then sort on that key but make it a hidden column.

I just ended up making a separate drawing index for each discipline - primarily because we have a title/header for each discipline that you can't really do in the Revit schedule (that I can tell - maybe that should be a wishlist item)...but also because of this sorting issue you bring up.
