Missing menu pulldowns

I've searched but can't find a fix...

I am using C3D, with the main CUI 'CIVIL'. Also loaded are partial CUIs including 'ACAD', 'EXPRESS' a custom 'MY2008'. My problem is that not all of the menu pulldowns appear on the menu bar, although they're shown as loaded in the CUI (see attached). I can fix it by unchecking and checking the menu box in the left panel and then applying, but it gets to be a PITA to do each time I open Acad. Does anybody know what causes this and how to fix it?

You run into an artifical limit on the number of active menus on the menu bar. The active menus also happen to be stored in the registry, and there are only 24 "slots" available in the registry.

So you either need to reduce the number of active menus to 24 or less, or load your workspace every time you start AutoCAD.
