No, actually- I do not think I have any of the service packs installed & That could be the problem! Thanks...do you know where I can find them? Would they still be on the Autodesk site?

No, they remove those for older products.
And we all know why. $$$$$$$

Well, I installed the program on an older pc & I will just have to use it there for now. Thanks for everyone's help!
