Unhappy Joining curved sloping roof to curved sloping wall

I am working on a multistory project which involves sloping walls which r curved in cross section i.e. top at 20th floor is almost 2m inside than the bottom. The side walls r vertical. I have placed a curved sloping glazed roof on top.
I have done this using massing & than placing elements. The problem is in the cross section. The wall extends above the roof & I am not able to edit the wall-roof junction in section. This wall does not behave like a regular wall. How do i apply attach to roof command to this wall?
Is this the disadvantage of directly applying elements to the massing surface? I know that i can create the same wall using the sweep command but if the massing geometry is complex than this method is cumbersome.
Also the slabs extend beyond the surface of wall. I have to edit each one of them in respective plans. Let me know what is the smartest way of tackling these problems.

You may not like the answer to this. I've been running into problems like this with walls and slabs ending "square" instead of following the sloped or curved geometry. The one thing I've found to easily remedy this is to just use the linework tool and make the offending lines or portions of the line disapear.

I would probably do an in-place void to cut that sloped wall sticking up slightly past the sloped glazing.

Or, if you think your mass may change shape because it is still in design process, you can create a roof by face, picking the mass and use that roof to attach your wall to. It will trim your wall top. Then, you filter the temp roof you just created to make it disappear from your views (or move to another workset if you are using it, and keep ot off) and after that you can create your glazed system to use as a roof. If your mass change, you just recreate them all.
