Adding Phase Graphic Overrides?

I have a project with Phasing (Core & Shell and TI) as well as Worksets. My problem is that Gray Inactive Worksets does not work very well with the screened representation of Existing Phase stuff. I had hoped to create a new Graphic Override called Reference, which would be green. Then I could make Existing show Green for the TI Phase and maybe make TI show green for the C&S phase, all just in Working views. But it looks like I can't create a new Graphic Override, so I can either break my sheeted views, or live with two completely different tools using the same graphic conventions. Is this true, or am I perhaps missing something?

Not sure this will help, But I create a new phase called 'presentation' or whatever and have 'existing' as 'overridden', (note everyting will be existing since the presentation phase is AFTER the other phases), then in the graphic overrides change 'existing' to what I require

generally I do this since we dont generally 'override' existing phases so this method only affects our presentation drawings.

Sorry - reread your post - dont you just change the 'graphic overrides' for existing to be what you want? and add a phase filter with 'existing' overridden?
