I have not found any good information regarding this part of the structure label (label dimension anchor)

I have drag state leaders visible on my profile labels, however
I would like to be able to pick the dimension label anchor grip and move it to a location instead of moving the label and trying to get the leader to cooperate.

Am i missing something in my style setup??
