    Get some C3D training, it is is nothing like LDT. This is a simple task. It's all about Styles. Learning it this way will take a long time.
    You can even just add a cogo point and turn off the marker style or even make the point style itself set to <none>. That way your label will have all the cool C3D annotative properties. If you are using the default C3D Extended template that ships with the software there is a point label style already there "Northing and Easting".

    I believe you can do this with a general note label. On the settings tab of tool space go to general>labels>note and create a new note label style (not at my PC so working from memory here). Set your desired text style, layer, orientation, etc. On the next tab add the northing / easting text component, set text height, masking, etc. On the third tab enter any dragged state components. Then from the annotation ribbon add label using your new style. After creating one and getting it to display the way you want you can copy it.
