Default drawing curves from a curve table

From the end of a polyline, I want to draw:

    bearing: n5d48'19"w
    distance: 395.37
    radius: 950
    arc: 398.28
    delta: 24d01'15"
    tangent: 202.11

    Can someone explain the process?

The first thing is simple from the end of your polyline use the line command and use the center snap option and find the radius of your polyline arc that you wish to start building your curve. If this is for say a lot line on a curve most designers will make them use the same radius or on the same radial line to make compound curve by using a longer radius of the one you just drew....so now at the radius point start the circle command and snap end point to the end of your polyline.... now create another circle at the end of the polyline your first started to draw your radius line from and enter the radius that is equal to the chord distance you had given in your curve table...distance: 395.37 at the intersection of the 2 circles you created is now the end of the curve your first desired... if I understood your question right.... In cogo from subdivision design it is common to always make tangents to a curve be right angles... so check to see if this is true... if it isn't radial it is common practice to mark lot lines not radial to a curve to be labeled as non-radial... so do yourself a favor and check.... If this isn't clear enough... please feel free to email me your dwg with the problem and I'll give you the solution... See attached zipped dwg..something.dwg in acad2000 format...

and under the Utilities pulldown of LDD3 you have the Curve Solver routine that will give all data with just 2 inputs of the curve table to recreate the curve you want to draw...what is explained above is the long way to get there... if that still doesn't get you what you want please email me and I'll explain in more detail.

If you do a lot of land work, you should check into Land Desktop. It has a bunch of commands for doing things like this.

Here is a tutorial on creating geometry by entering bearings and curve data.
