Default Family element visibility settings enhancement

In the family element visibility settings dialog, add independent detail level settings for each view specific display.

For example you might want a window casings visibility turned off in a Coarse and Medium Plan/RCP view but turned on in a Fine Plan/RCP view. But you also might want that same casing to display in a Front/Back view in all detail levels.

Turning the visibility of the casing off in a specific view produces an anomaly whereby the "ghost" of the casing obscures the wall visibility where they touch. Turning the visibility of the casing off in the family produces no such anomaly.
