Default Are x, y, z coordinates possible in Revit?

For instance can you locate a point in a model based on an x, y, z coordinate like you can in AutoCAD?
I can't see where it's possible, but maybe it is.

Sure, Revit has coordinates, but not necessarily like AutoCAD, where a point on the second floor is (something like): 10',12',10'

    Thoughts?

    Thanks

Yes, you can locate/dimension a point using the X, Y, Z coordinate system. Use the Spot Coordinate command located in the Dimension Panel on the Annotate tab. Just set your type properties to what you want/need.
