Instituting a Plotter Replacement Program

Has anyone ever had to manage many plotters in many offices and had to institute a plotter replacement program. I do. So...if you have insights let me know! Thank you in advance.

The most prudent thing you can do for yourself
is where possible name the new printer the same
as the one it is replacing.
