taking autoplant dwg's into navisworks

im having a problem taking autoplant cad dwg's into navis works. it wont open them. does anyone know why?

What is the error you are receiving?

have you tried re-installing Navis? This fixes most of these kinds of errors if Navis was installed prior to the application you're attempting to support.

We have been doing it here for awhile with Jetstream 5.5 and don't have any problems. With 2009 and 2009.1, however, the object enablers for AutoPlant 2004 (8.6.1) aren't recognized so it doesn't work.
