Layout Tab Names as Fields

Has anyone done any work with the value of the layout tab name as a field?

I know of the Diesel Expression "$(getvar, ctab)", but we have two pieces of data in the tab name that I would like to go to two different fields.

Specifically, we include the sheet number and the sheet name on the layout tab so that they are included in the sheet name of the DWF file. But, I would like to pull those pieces of information into two different fields

After I insert the titleblock into my Paperspace tab, the string of code reads the:

Drawing NAME , Layout Tab NAME , TIME/DATE when plotting.
