Parcel Area Table Columns Overlap

Has anyone tried to plot a Parcel Area Table with multiple tables adjacent to each other? The table is located within a BASE drawing where the Parcels were created. The BASE dwg is external referenced in the PLAN dwg as an overlay. The table columns overlap when I plot the PLAN dwg. I have tried many different VP and Annotation Scales within the viewport. It appears to fit at first, however, when I Plot Preview, the columns overlap.

Has anyone experienced this? Does anyone have any suggestions?

When you create the table in the base plan, make sure your drawing scale is set to the scale you plan to plot.

Thank you. That helps.
I think another issue could be that the text size defined by the Table Style continues to resize no matter what the viewport scale is. Therefore if the viewport does not have enough width to fit the text the tables will overlap.
I adjusted my Table Style text height and changed the BASE dwg scale as you suggested to resolve the issue.

You set up the text within the table style to plot to a specific height.
Therefor, if your viewport scale changes, the model size of your text/table will update so it will plot at the height you specificed.
