Anyone using this program to help users migrate up to newer versions of CAD? Is the program worth it?

I've briefly looked at the descriptions for it, but we are not migrating to Civil 3D, just continuing with vanilla AutoCAD. We do not have it. We don't use a lot of the additional features from Eagle Point like we should be.
If you have a technical question, please find the appropriate forum and ask it there.
