Default Autocad 2009 Render / Lighting Problem

We are getting good results using Autocad 2009 to render a 3D scene using sunlight and global illumination. The shadows are proper and the scene looks very good. But when we try to create a flyover video, it appears that only the sunlight is active and harsh shadows are present. The shadows make the objects black, losing all detail. Does the video operation turn off global illumination somehow ? Is there a way to turn on global illumination for video also ?
