    Default INSERTING EXCEL SPREADSHEETS

    I KNOW THIS HAS GONE THRU BEFORE- BUT I COULDN'T FIND IT- WHAT'S THE TRICK TO INSERTING AN EXCEL SPREADSHEET- MULTIPLE PAGES; AND LINKED SO CHANGES CAN BE MADE FROM THE SPREADSHEET; AND HAVE IT PLOT OUT PROPERLY ?? I COULDN'T FIND THIS SUBJECT IN THE MANUAL.

    ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED. IS THERE ALREADY A TREAD FOR THIS SUBJECT SOMEWHERE ON THIS SITE??

    Hello Howard,

    If you have a spreadsheet that you want to insert and keep the link then:-
    Insert/OLE Object/ Microsoft Exel Spreadsheet.
    You have a choice to Create New or Create from a file.
    If you create from a file you can choice to Link it.
    You have to reload the drawing in order to update the spreadsheet in the drawing.
    Be careful not to change the cell size a strange things happen!
