Angry Can not merge TTF fonts to raster ?

I'm using Autocad raster design 2007 and I'm trying to convert Vector line and text to Raster. The Line work is converting However my Arial text is not and I'm being told that...... None of the vector entities selected are currently supported... However when I use*.shx type fonts the text will convert. In older versions of the software this did not matter. Is there a solution to this. It even won't convert blocks contaning TTF fonts. That is the fonts in the block the lines convet.

    Help

There is a command on the Express menu (Text>Explode Text) that will convert the text to outlines, which you can fill with a solid hatch.

Just be sure that the text content is final, because you can't use the mtext editor on it once done. Putting a copy of the text in a different layer for backup might help.
