    Default Balustrade Positioning

Is it possible to set positions for the start/end ballustrades on a railing?

I have a custom end so I can curl the handrail over, but since I only have my connections to the wall at approx 1000mm, the first and last connection are showing a long way from the ends.

It's also seems hard to get the spacing so that I don't have a connection half off the wall where the stairs do a 180° turn.

I also have a spot where the railing refuses to draw at the correct spot, it is offset by 50mm, and I cant figure out why, my rail has breaks etc at the landings.
