Change plotter setting in Publish

Does anyone know if or how I can change the designated plotter (or plotter named in page setup) while in the publish manager? Each drawing has tha same multiple plotter settings options available in page setup (ie to PDF or printer 1 or printer 2) It takes so much time to have to get out of publisher and re-set each file (often 10 or more) to the needed setting.

Look into importing a Page Setup for publishing. You can import a specific configuration then apply it to each of the selected sheets.
