Improve sectionbox:
It would be fine when there is a continue relation between details and 3D-views which show that detail by using dynamicly view. An option that by making every detail an 3D-detail would shown.

You can do that.
In 2008... F8 > Expand > Orient to a view > Spin in 3D for the correct isomentric view. Save.
In 2009 it is a function of the view cube.

Of coarse I know, but when the crop and view depth of a detail is changing, the sectionbox in the 3D view won't change, because they're not linked.

That explains a lot more. You real wish is for linking between 2D detail views extents and 3D view extents.
