Map Annotation

Is there a way to insert annotation into a drawing that is rotated to align with the polylines it references? I can change the rotation globally, but I would prefer each block align independently. I am labeling sewer pipes with size and a segment I.D.

Yes in the insert annotation dialog select rotation then use expression builder to get the angle property. See attached
