Default Flip Direction for Dynamic/Static Curve Labels

I would like to be able to flip the direction of arcs (similar to flip direction of lines) and then redraw a curve table so that my chord bearings are headed the right direction.

This might be something more for vanilla Autocad. It stems from the fact that arcs are always defined in autocad in a counter-clockwise direction, regardless of how they're drawn. It also has a negative impact on custom linetypes, most noticeable when the linetype contains text.

I follow you, I still don't completely understand why Autocad does that though. I just wish there was a way to flip the direction in the bearing. I recently had a curve table with about 140 curves. Changing the direction on roughly half of them was a real treat.
