    How can I give underline to the text in attribute definitions?

    Prefix it with %%U

    OK, that you've to do everytime through "Enhanced Attribute Editor". Is it possible to do in attribute definition itself?

    You can prefix %%U to the value in the attribute definition, just as R.K. stated. If you are attempting to do this with EAttEdit, you are obviously working on the wrong object, the inserted block.
