Weld Symbol - Bottom Contour Symbol

Any tips on how to get the contour symbol to show up on the bottom? My efforts to modify the weld symbol family have been a mess.

I can create an instance parameter for the bottom Finish text, but that contour symbol is tricky.

I deleted what I had because I eventually made a mess of it. If it will help I'll try to re-create and attach it by tomorrow.

But basically, I don't know where to start when I get to that bottom contour symbol... The default family only shows the symbol on the top when chosen in the elment properties dialog.

Have a look at the attached file, for ease we have split out weld symbols into weld type and left and right families.
