    Default Move Points and Figures

We have a drawing started and now want to move it to State Plane Coor. but we can't get anything to move. The points aren't locked any other ideas?

I've noticed that trying to select the points you want to move or rotate is tricky. For some reason, standard AutoCAD selection options when zoomed into the points you want only highlight some of the points (when selecting multiple times) and sometimes it tells you that the points are "filtered out" of the selection but if you zoom way out and grab all of them from a distance away, they all seem to move or rotate fine. give it a try with the same point "lock/unlock" setup and see if you get the same results.

If anyone out there knows why this happens can you please make me sane?

Hope this gets you what you want in the short term.

Were the points brought in from the Survey Database? If so, try using the Survey Extension to rotate the points in the Survey Database, and they should follow in the drawing.

Thanks Guys for the reply. I think the surveyor went back and did something to the field book file and brought that back in and it worked.
