Default Use Parameters in dimension expression

Summary: Be able to link an existing iPart/iAssembly parameter to dimension in another column.

    Description: Add iPart/iAssembly table dimension

How Used: You can create an iPart/iAssembly table that has the parameters in it. Add a Dimension that is tied to the column in the table. This will keep from having to override the Dimension. If it is tied directly to the table (like ballons) then errors are reduced.
