Rotating text orientation

Today a wierd request came up. An engineer wanted me to rotate some text so that it read diffeently. Let me give you an example. say north is straight up and a wall is tilted 10 degrees to the west.(kind or like \) now when I make my text align with the wall the text will read from top to bottom, the engineer wants the text to read from the bottom up. Is This possible?

Go to the element properties and uncheck keep readable.
